We store the minimum needed to run the app: your workspace's Slack team ID, bot token (encrypted), tournament state (channel, matchups, vote tallies), and Stripe billing IDs if you subscribe to a paid plan. We do not store messages, channel history, member lists, or personal information. We do not sell or share data with third parties.
This marketing website uses Google Analytics to understand how people find Emoji Battle (which links and referrers bring visitors). It runs only after you accept the cookie banner, and it sets cookies only then. The data is aggregate usage such as page views, referrers, and rough region from IP, not anything personal, and you can decline with no loss of function. The Slack app itself uses no analytics cookies. To change your choice, clear this site's cookies and the banner returns.
We retain data to preserve tournament history. To request deletion of your workspace's data, email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
We may update this policy and will post changes here with an updated effective date.
